The wire leads are too small and the color codes are extremely sloppy and very difficult I also found the body to be very small, more like a 3/16 watt size rather than a 1/4 watt size. (Yet), I have not destroyed one, but I suspect my fried LEDs would require 1/4 watt of power. Although they measure with tight tolerances, they can be used in circuits where their power dissipation is not a major issue.

Leads that are thin. Resulted in all values being present, and tested correct as indicated. A thin lead is a problem.
