My second box arrived intact this week. There is no other brand worth a fleck except for some Chinese off brand that is even worse. Sylvania bulbs seem to last for a blink and then go out. The second box of 10 I bought must have been a good buy since I just bought my third box of 10.

I have no complaints about the quality of the product or the customer service. The lights in a few of the rooms had faulty components, and I contacted them about them. After providing the refund, they apologized and provided the refund promptly.
