This bulb has a 40 watt capacity.

The ge 85392 differs from this one, so what's the difference? It is 11w for both of them. Would you please send me a 120vac 60hz 170 amp 11w bulb? Thanks?

Except that 89629 has been discontinued, there are not many differences. Power, voltage, etc. are the same size. It looks like the new one might be longer life "xl", perhaps 130vac, which would give it a longer lifespan

Our bathroom lights needed to be replaced with this item. Even after two months of using the lights they still start dim and gradually become brighter, even though they were the same size and number as our existing lights. While it's not horrible, it can be a little irritating from time to time. don't mind this, then they are a good choice. Once they reach their full brightness, the light is ideal. If you are looking for something that you can just turn on and have it full blast, this is not the product for you.
