This switch is only a single pole switch, so I don't believe it will work for 220V. I believe the "SP" in the SPDT callout stands for single pole, but I've tested my foot switch and it is indeed single pole. br>br>For 220V, I believe you will require a double pole switch.

This foot pedal appears to be quite good; I haven't yet connected it, but it's simple to open and the wiring is straightforward. The switch on the inside is simple to replace and appears to be fairly standard.
It has an aluminum casing. It is extremely light. The inside switch becomes stuck, which is my issue. I tried adjusting it with a tiny amount of electrical grease, but the switch inside became stuck, which is extremely dangerous and useless.
It looked good, but it only lasted 10 minutes on a 1/2 horsepower motor. I replaced the switch and tossed the old one.
The only flaw is that there are no instructions for connecting the wires.
Es bueno.
Everything works fine, but the wire connection screws are too short; they should be 1/4" longer.
Excellent.
