Although the title is a little deceiving, the switches do work

The title is a little difficult to read, but they are DPDT switches only (not on/off/on or whatever else the product description claims). ) On either side, the middle pin is always connected, and the switch allows you to connect the pin to the left or right of it. They're being used to modify USB cables for me: The first connects the data wires as usual, while the second shorts the data wires together (on the device side) to allow quick charging for my phone.

These are the same price as the single pole, but when soldered, they provide more stability. Bread boards, in particular. If the extra pole isn't needed, don't use it. In either case, the "footprint" is the same. I despise those tiny jumper blocks, and I wish businesses would abandon them in favor of switches. (I'm guessing the jumper blocks are a smidgeon less expensive. ).

Be careful who you buy from. Considering the fact that I have yet to receive my order. On October 16, 2013, I placed an order for them. I'm not sure if the switches are functional. I eventually forgot about this order and ordered the same item from my regular electronics online store, which arrived in three days. They were a little more expensive in the end. However, when compared to not receiving the product at all, it's a no-brainer. I don't mind paying a little more. br>I'm never ordering from this establishment again. I'm going to report them to Amazon and see if I can get any money back if they don't arrive by the end of the month. They have such long shipping times. It's possible that it'll prevent me from filing a complaint. (br>Be careful what you buy. ).
