No, wire wrap pins are a better option.
Well. It is dependent on the situation. A CAT5 cable is simply an eight-wire cable. cable with four twisted pairs of wire It can be used for a variety of things and is compatible with a variety of connectors. LAN wiring is the most common application for CAT5, and the connectors are RJ45 style (male or female, depending on the match required). You could use these connectors, which are simply pins that are soldered to a cable/wire, circuit board, other connector, or device for purposes of circuit board attachments or female pin connectors. RJ45 style connectors and common punch blocks will not be compatible with these. Direct wiring, as opposed to RJ45 or other jacks designed for many connect/disconnect cycles, may be useful if you're building a system that uses CAT5 cabling for connection. So you could technically use these with CAT5 cable, but unless you're attaching the cable to a breadboard or making a custom connector, I doubt this is the solution you need.
I'm not sure, but the images appear to be zero. Centers are 1".

Nothing could possibly go wrong with this product, which came in a nice cardboard box that I still use to keep the headers together. They worked perfectly for adding headers to a Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller board. I was on the lookout for a reliable source of information. After visiting a store in Houston where the available headers were priced as if they were made of kryptonite, I decided to purchase these. Overall, they are a good value.
These are standard headers that are too short for my requirements. The length of the pins and how far they protrude from the plastic should be included in the listing. That would have gotten a five-star rating if I hadn't decided not to buy them.
I'm not sure what to say. They're pin headers, that's what they're called. I wish there were more companies that made affordable, easy-to-break-apart double row pin headers, but single row will have to suffice for now.
Excellent item.
Simply snip the pieces you require and solder them in place. It's ideal for projects involving Arduino and the Raspberry Pi.
There isn't a lot to comment on. They perform admirably.
There are no issues. These headers are perfect for me. They're dependable and come in handy whenever I'm prototyping new ideas.
There are no issues with jellybean headers.
