It would be helpful to use this dual vesa mount with a 32" tv to mount on the wall at the same time I attach a chromebox to the wall-mounted tv. ?

There are only a few of these made for the M350 ITX This should work with the chrome box if it fits in the same case shape. In order to remove the m350 from this mount, it must be slid out of it.

The PC/M350 definitely mounts to the bracket, but does it sit in place as well?

Buying with caution is a wise decision

The weight of it is considerable. I think this is an excellent, premium product that does exactly what it ought Although I would have given it 5 stars if I could. The application I tried on my LG W2442PA 24" monitor did not work. I installed this bracket between the monitor and stand. After adding this bracket, the monitor tilts all the way forward and slides all the way down on the stand. If the base of the stand were any narrower, the whole monitor and stand would topple. If he were toppled, the stand would come tumbling down. A M350 PC is not included in this picture. I mounted the bracket underneath my desktop to eliminate the gap between it and my Despite being expensive, it works great and is well worth the money.
