Aluminum composite panels were purchased so they could be processed. In addition to aluminum honeycomb panels, these should route them just fine as well, if depth of route or thickness do not matter.

Good for what it does but I wasn't able to use On 3/16" Alumacore, you should use 1/8" bits with a depth of about if you want to bend 90 degrees.
Alumibond (dibond) is cut like butter by a professional. The caps I made for my fence posts are made of this.
This set of V Groove Bits were exactly what I needed. We are new to this type of work, but our work looks really professional even though the cuts were flawless. AMANA, we thank you for your support.
