CARBIDE SHOULD BE LISTED ON IT.
These are carbide, so they should be compatible with aluminum. As a result, double-check your manuals. Cutting aluminum successfully, according to my CNC manual, necessitates very shallow cuts and (IIRC) slower feed rates. And the bits will undoubtedly wear out faster cutting Al than they would cutting wood.

I recommend them as a good starter set because they are clearly made of carbide.
The shipment arrived on time and in good condition. I couldn't figure out what was going on. Each bit was packaged safely and separately in a small square tube, and the sleeve contained five tubes. One of the square tubes, however, was completely empty. Is it possible that it was packaged in this way by accident? Is there something I'm missing? So, what's the story here? br>br>Then I double-checked my Amazon order and discovered that there were only supposed to be four bits in it. The fifth packing tube appears to be a spacer that allows the rectangular sleeve to properly fit the bits. So there was no harm done, but it was a little perplexing to see. br>br>However, what about the individual bits? I haven't used them yet, but they appear to be exactly as described on Amazon, and they appear to be of good quality. I'll come back and review how they work after I've had a chance to use them in my CNC system.
The end mill cut well on pine for about 20 hours in a CNC router before it needed resharpening, which was good for the price.
Because my replacement would not arrive in time and I could always use extras, I bought this pack out of desperation. In comparison to the old bit, I had to override the speed to slow the feed down. I have not yet used the other bits, but it appears to be a good bit (1/4 upcut) for the price.
The included V bit is 90 degrees, not 60 degrees, as shown in the listing and on the box. It's completely different, and it defeats the purpose of why I bought this set in the first place.
This company has provided me with a number of different CNC router bits, all of which have proven to be excellent value for money.
Excellent craftsmanship. Everything is exactly as it should be. high-quality.
These aren't going to last more than a couple of projects.
