The finish is excellent, and the concentricity is well within acceptable limits. Allows me to use the Morse taper 2 tools from my old lathe in my new machine's MT3 tailstock.

Awful Finish - Even the burrs aren't removed - I didn't anticipate it being flawless - I frequently receive items from China and India, but this was of very poor quality.
I suppose I should have expected to get what I paid for. The mt2 taper appears to have been ground with a carbide burr on the inside and has. 004- a runout of 010" It'll be thrown away right away.
The taper on the MT3 is incorrect. The adapter rocks a lot in the MT3 bore of the lathe because the small end is too small. MT2 is off as well, but to a lesser extent.
Surface finish is poor, with a runout of 018. This will go in the scrap bin as well. I'm not sure why Amazon sells something so bad.
This is excellent material.
It's all because of me. I assumed it slid into a mt2 taper to increase the outer taper to mt3 for some reason. That is not the case, as a quick glance at the image will reveal. I'm going to keep it in case it comes in handy with my lathe.
