In my CNC, I run at 18000rpm and find that it cuts hard woods nicely.
I believe the number is six. It's only 2 degrees outside, but I'm not in my shop right now. I'll double-check tomorrow and get back to you, but I believe it's 6 o'clock. 2 degrees Celsius.

I've used this end mill a few times now, and it's still cutting like new. It's probably had about 20 hours of use time. I can't tell the difference in performance between this end mill and end mills that cost a lot more. br>I returned and bought four more in various sizes. br>Be aware that the diameter given for the ball nose is the radius, not the actual diameter. In round numbers, 060" equals 1/16" diameter. The radius is required by some CNC software, while the diameter is required by others.
I was a little hesitant about getting this bit at first, but since it came highly recommended, I figured it was worth a shot. br>I've been using it to carve Corain and make 3d models out of hard wood. WOW! It has been used for more than 60 hours and is still as sharp as the day it was purchased. They cut so cleanly that fuzzies are no longer an issue. They are now my go-to tool bits!.
When working with hard woods, these quickly deteriorate.
This appears to be a well-researched topic. Tool was well-made and cut.
The product was extremely accurate and performed exactly as it should. The cut is of excellent quality.
It's perfect for a 35k rpm spindle, and it's well-balanced.
