SpeTool 3D Engraver Router Bit 1/4in Shank with 1.5mm Ball Nose Tips Spiral End Mill for CNC Machine Mill Tools

This is an outstanding tool bit. I used it to remove three steel wheel studs and lug nuts from two Jeep wheels that were solidly rusted. I was also able to easily mark the center of the wheel studs so that I could drill much of the stud away before cutting through the stud and the lug nut with the bit. Without damaging the alloy wheels, I was able to remove the frozen studs and lug nuts. Using a cutting torch, which would have ruined the wheels, would have been an alternative. It has good cutting properties and is difficult to break.

I have this and their other end mills (different radii), and it does everything I need it to do, and I put a lot of pressure on it. I have a Shapeoko, and I run this bit at around 160-180 degrees. For hours at a time, I was able to maintain a speed of 200 IPM.

For 3d reliefs, I use it with my Shapeoko 3. Cuts cleanly and withstands a variety of wood types.

This bit was used to carve wood in three dimensions. Its design allowed me to carve without first roughing out the wood; I get most of my bits for such carves from this company, and I find that they perform admirably for the price.
