It was fine until it broke

after a four-hour period of use The new season has arrived. The third time I used it, the loaded center point protruded. I re-insert it, but that small piece will eventually fall out.

Excellent value for money

This is fantastic; I use it for small projects and it accomplishes everything I had hoped for. I was making some small boxes, and this small spur drive performed admirably, allowing me to work up to the end of the blank, just like the live center, while turning the blanks round. It made me very happy.

The retractable pin makes mounting the spindle for wood turning much easier

When marking the center for wood turning, the retractable point allows for a much smaller hole to be made, resulting in easier and more accurate results. This drive is what I use to turn small diameter items like chisel handles. Unlike my larger diameter drive, this one is much safer.

The Morse Taper has a fantastic fit. The spur teeth cling to each other as they should. The center point is defined by its sharpness. The product is ready to use right away.
