I wanted a full set of bits when I first started milling. These tap bits are excellent and have lasted for four years. Bits like 8 (1/4")-1/2"-1/2"-1/2"-1/2"-1/2"-1/2"-1/2"- 1/4" The 20 tap, M6 tap, and so on) get a lot of use and wear out faster than the others. I used these on the majority of aluminum, as well as cast iron, steel, stainless steel, and G10. Split points are the way to go because they provide a much more precise hole location.
Very good quality! This is a high-quality drill set made in the United States.
Drill bits that are good. The measurements are exact.
Sharpening these 135 degree cobalt drills is difficult. Find a 118* point set for yourself as a favor.
The money was well spent. I used a couple of these to drill holes in cast iron and tap threads in malleable steel. Very incisive. It's also a nice box.
