How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

have similar properties as high-speed steel, but are more effective when cutting harder metals, such as stainless steel or nickel alloys, because they contain a greater percentage of cobalt.
Designed for a variety of toolholding systems, round shanks provide great versatility
If used in the counterclockwise direction (right cut), spiral fluted tools evacuate chips out of the cut in order to reduce clogging.

I wonder why you asked that stupid ?

This is best when dealing with non ferrous metals and metals with high melting points, otherwise, it's way too easy to oversink. I wish you the best of

The countersink can fit into a small hole, but how small can the hole be?

It seems that about 5/16" is about the smallest size you can get away with using this.

There is no need for this product when working with stainless steel

Per bit, I got about 3 holes. As I planned to switch from one bit to the other if it became dull, I bought two bits.

The 5-star rating here is far better than the 3-star rating A 5- or 6-word sentence However, one minor drawback of the KEO design is that its cutting flutes don't extend much smaller than 3/16 inch, while typical countersinks come to a point at this size
5/5

The countersinks made by KEO are smaller.

My only experience with this product has been in two projects that had four countersink holes

For the second time using this drill press, I just finished cutting 8 holes in a project and by the eighth hole I had to apply a lot of pressure to the drill press. It is evident that the cutting edge of the hole is blunt and ragged, as seen on inspection.

I would say it's not really bad, it's not really With a chip on the cutting edge, it still works on plastic so I will not throw it out Since cutting edge angle is not as extreme for steel, I think I will go back to a single flute countersink

We went above and beyond our It's worth the money and exceeded my expectations as I drilled 15 counter sinks with it with the last hole as crisp and clean as the first one
5/5

Use plenty of cutting oil and let the drill do the work and the bit will last for a long time.

A smooth countersink in a plastic tube with no chatter
5/5

I am amazed at how well this works. Deburring polycarbonate and PVC tubing ends with the tool is my favorite use for it. While it may appear as if the cutting edge is a little iffy, it works perfectly.
