It's been all my life that I've used countersinks, but I don't recall ever having to use one on metal

As a result- This is something I have never heard of, and I thought the design sounded like it might be useful, It was the cheaper brand I purchased BEFORE I bought this one that established for me how poorly they can be made. This one was well-made, the right size I needed and it worked perfectly every time I used it on steel (see the two pictures). This bit seemed perfect for countersinking 4 stainless steel.
