Though this is a pricey tool, it is very accurate and has a good turning accuracy. Because of the chuck on my Nova dvr drill press, I had problems getting accurate hole dimensions (size) and a centered hole. It turns out it was the original chuck from the factory, verified by a dial indicator. Despite buying a new one (for $50), it didn't seem to do any better. The chuck has corrected all my issues since I bought and started using it. In fact, it even had a wrench to assist with breaking the drill free if it jammed after drilling hard materials. The money you spend is worth it.

Using the chuck has been a part of my life since the second week of May. There is less runout and the chuck is more accurate than specified by the manufacturer. I am in love with everything about her. This set contains a wrench that can be used to tighten suspect parts. About ten minutes were spent on run out. The latest update of the 003
edit is dated 8/16/2020. This chuck has been on my table for awhile now, and I have been unhappy with the runout. I just took it off and reinstalled it With acetone I cleaned the taper and receiving end. After reinstalling it in my drill press, it worked perfectly. It is amazing how much improvement has occurred. There is only a runout of Get in touch with us right away! Sincere apologies to the manufacturer that preceded my original review. I should have been more cautious the first time. The product that they produced was of a very high quality.

While this chuck appears identical to the one that came with my Powermatic drill press, the tooling is vastly different. With the factory chuck, all bits spun in an arc visible to the eye. The JK spins all the bits in a single axis, which is a beautiful sight to see. In order to achieve precision, you will have to pay more, but the chuck will give you exactly what you need.

Put a precision dowel pin in the dowel pin hole and cleaned the oil off the granite surface plate. Less than a hundredth of a thou are run out. This is a new product of course, but if it does not work, I will review it again. As I tighten it down, it feels hydraulic, and the taper locks perfectly into place. There is a wrench that I like to call the "just-in-case wrench" that comes with it. A wrench will not only remove any obstruction, but it should also keep me out of trouble in case I do get stuck. As for the wrench, it is well made as well. I'm very impressed with the quality of this.

This drill press chuck replaced my runout drill press chuck after I grew tired of tinkering with it. This is the best thing that has happened to me. In addition to having high expectations, I even examined the vehicle. In a matter of seconds, I threw a 3/8" dowel pin and the measurement was The 001 TIR stick out about a half inch from the front. The item is definitely one I would recommend.

Though I was a little hesitant with the price point, I am very pleased with the product. Keyless access is a huge benefit and worth it to me. A high level of precision and build quality is evident in the finished product. The site is almost too nice to use for my JDP Twenty-five MF.

The accuracy of this chuck makes it the best I have seen, Especially when you buy many chucks like me in order to get your Altima one it is not a low-quality Chinese chuck but made in Spain and that should be enough for you to buy.
