Do you know if this adapter has a hole in the center for a ?

The hole is not there. It is designed to be used with a drill chuck to play twist drill bits. There is no need for a pilot.

The design needs to be improved

When two flats are on a dog, it creates unwanted wobbling. The flat needs to be redesigned so there is only one!.

Not much to see here

In contrast to the picture which shows bare metal, only black paint was used on mine. Has a tight fit on the Chinese chuck I bought separately and does what it is intended.
