Sure. Although the angle of the mounting bracket is fixed as shown in the picture, I don't see why you couldn't mount it to a horizontal pipe.
To install the light, you can use an inch and 15/8 pole or a 2in pole. Either way is fine! By the way, that's a fantastic light!
Dear Customer,br>Thank you for your inquiry; the lamp will still work if installed at a distance of 10 feet. The light's range is, however, limited. The lamp head emits 120° light, which covers about 6 square meters when projected from a height of 10 feet. The area becomes wider as the height rises. I hope you find my response useful.

I'm very pleased! I bought this light to help my security camera's night vision, which isn't great. The color scheme was a factor in my decision. The daylight led is one of my favorites because it gives the impression of more space. The camera has an area of about 800 square feet that it can cover. The 5000K is ideal for this task and does so without causing annoyance to the neighbors. I have one suggestion: prior to source wiring, remove about an additional 1/8 inch insulation from each of the three wires in this unit. In addition, I would strongly advise removing as much outside insulation from the power source wiring as possible and cutting the length of exposed source wiring as close to the exposed wiring on the unit as possible. The reason for this is that there isn't much room inside this unit to tuck all of the wiring. With that said, this 40 watt led street light is just as bright as, if not brighter than, our old metal halide construction light. br>br>Now I can see anyone or anything in this area moving around. It appears that the light has been well crafted. I'm very pleased!.
I bought the 100W LED light to replace a 175 watt HPS (high pressure sodium) light that had been in my house for ten years (see attached photos for comparison; the green light is the old one). The LED light is much brighter and concentrates the light where it should be, rather than dispersing it all over the place like the old light did. The LED light is made of cast aluminum and has a tempered glass cover rather than a plastic one. The arm I received appears to have been welded by someone who is inexperienced with welding, and the paint on the arm peels easily. I complained to the reseller about it, and they responded by asking if I thought it would hold up over time, so I gave the arm a fresh coat of paint and called it good. br>In my installation, the light is oriented East, and the photo light is oriented South. I rotated the photo sensor socket after removing the six clamps that held the glass in place. I was able to rotate the photo sensor 180 degrees by removing the two bolts that secure it, and it now faces North. West. br>After discovering that the ground wire was short and unconnected shortly after opening the lamp, I was able to secure it to the photo sensor's bolt. I put a layer of 100 100% silicone around the photo sensor socket for safety reasons. Because this light is so large and is installed so high, I was only able to hold it with one hand while connecting the wires with the other. To make things easier, I used the XHF lever connector (link below). Installing a wire nut is much more difficult; all you have to do is slide the wire inside and close the lever. br>As for the light, I'm very pleased with it; it's bright and well-lits my long driveway. The arm is bent at a 45-degree angle.

The blue daylight sensor must be fully inserted when installing the light; otherwise, the light will not function. I put it on a high shelf in my shop and was disappointed when it didn't work; the light only came on for a few seconds. After searching high and low, I came across a photograph of the sensor installed in the proper orientation. The eye must be directed outwards, toward the long end of the light source in front of you. It's now working perfectly after I fixed it. Nice and bright, and to be honest, I should have looked for something brighter for my application because I'm trying to light up a large, dark hillside, and even at 18k lumens, it's just enough. The instructions are useless, and the blue, brown, and green wires are not the same as the USA wire code, so make sure you test it before installing it to make sure it's wired correctly and the sensor is working!.
To illuminate my driveway and garage door, I like to have a dusk to dawn light above it. I used to have a 150 watt HPS (high pressure sodium) lamp that worked perfectly. It wasn't particularly bright, but it did cover a large area. The bulbs lasted a long time before going bad, but they can be replaced, whereas the ballast needed to be replaced, which meant buying a new fixture. That's what happened to mine, and I was about to go out and buy a new one when I realized they were being phased out in favor of LED lights. When I open the garage door late at night, I sometimes mistake it for daylight until it opens a little further. I believe that LED lights are the way of the future, and I would recommend one of these because they are extremely bright while using very little electricity. And the item has helped me save money, as it costs less than $80 per year to operate in one of the most expensive electrical rate areas in the United States. A photocell that isn't working properly. The lighting is incredible. The colors are extremely vivid. Our property's entrance is wooded and dimly lit. My wife and daughters feel more secure as a result of this. We replaced the photocell with one from a home improvement store because it was defective when it arrived. Now everything is working perfectly! It would be 5 stars if it weren't for the faulty photocell.
The colors are extremely vivid. Installation is simple to do on your own. This can be set up by anyone with a basic skill set. Installation of three wires and a manual booklet that explains where each wire goes. Those who are curious about how bright this is should know that it is extremely bright. It literally illuminates my entire front yard, giving the impression that it is daylight outside at 2 a. m. There should be no complaints from neighbors because Def does not extend beyond the property. br>br>It's a win all the way around for me! YES, IT DOES COME WITH ITS OWN DETACHABLE LIGHT SENSOR, AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.
I hung it about 15 feet up on the end of a canopy. It has a good amount of light, but not as much as the 60 watt side wall lights, but it covers a larger area. Overall, I'm pleased with how it performs at 60 watts. The only thing to keep in mind is that the photocell must be inserted correctly or it will not work, resulting in a low pulsing light.
