Orbit 2 Pack (60 Total Pieces) Drip Irrigation System 1/4 inch Drip Fittings, Fit Quarter Inch Micro Water Tubing - 30 Pack

The parts "appeared" to be well-made, with a good variety for a starter kit. However, the few pieces I've tried so far did not work well with Rain Bird 1/4" tubing (which is new). The T-shaped plugs and the T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T-shaped T Slow water leaks were found in the connectors. Replaced them with Rain Bird parts that (stayed put and didn't leak). I was surprised to see this because I've had good luck with other Orbit drip irrigation parts (such as a genuine Apollo 8 DripMaster 6700 Manifold). Is this something that other people have seen? Maybe Orbit 1/4" tubing would be better for these?.

One reviewer complained about leaking, but I had no problems using MIXC 1/4 inch Blank Distribution Tubing Drip Irrigation Hose. Another person complained that the holes were smaller, but mine are, if anything, larger than the holes in my existing connectors. I put the blow test to the test and found it to be extremely accurate. I use adjustable droppers and have to set the drip to a low setting or the flow will be too strong. I have around 40 droppers as well as a pressure regulator. I'm going to place another order.

I bought these for the elbows, and they're all in good shape, but after installing them, I discovered that they have significantly less flow than the rest of my connectors; after installing four in the middle, the second half had almost no pressure. The holes are much smaller than the other connectors I have, and it's easy to tell if you just blow through one because it's much harder. So they're garbage, or at the very least, they were cheap garbage.

This product far outperformed the other Amazon fittings I purchased. The tips are primarily sharpened, and the lines are held in place by multiple rows of barbs. The plastic has a good tensile strength. This was not the case with any of the other products I bought.

This is a very useful bundle. I go to my local big box home improvement store every time I need an irrigation part, and I'm forced to buy a package with anywhere from 10 to 50 pieces. If you're installing a new irrigation system, that's a nice way to package the items, but it's far more than I'll ever need to maintain my current system or occasionally plant something new. br>br>This kit includes 30 of the most common pieces, which will save me a lot of trips to the store in the near future.

Inch. "1/4-" is written in the product title and description. Barb in an inch "1/4-pound" is written on the product's packaging. Barb in an inch In reality, the barbs are 1/8-inch thick. Inch, designed for tubing with a 1/8-inch diameter. I believe it's an inch ID and maybe a quarter-inch ID. Inch OD? As a result, some of the 1/4-inch holes will fit. Inch- There is OD tubing available, but not all of it is thick enough.

They are extremely difficult to install in my irrigation line; I have had this irrigation system up and running for several years, but these are extremely difficult to install. It's a little better now that I have a different tool. However, using it is difficult.
