This tape is great for holding things in place or securing them.
- Hold is very consistent and reliable. Painter's tape holds much better, and most duct taped holds even better. Most other gaffer's tapes have a more aggressive adhesive than this one.
- There is no trace of anything. Reposition easily on carpet, wood, metal, painted items, and so on. (However, attempting to do so will damage paper products and cardboard. )
- Resistant to heat. Unlike most duct tapes I've used, the adhesive does not slip when exposed to sunlight.
Although, depending on the application, it might be better? People have complained that this tape isn't as good as "real" gaffer's tape. They're correct, too. However, in some cases, it may be preferable. I've used it to hide blemishes or tears on motorcycle seats, and it matches the material (black leather) perfectly. It's out of the ordinary, but I like it.
This is an excellent tape. This is practically the only source of energy in my home. I'm not sure how they manage without gaffers tape.
This is how I set up my Roller Derby track. This tape has a lot of COLOR. I believe the International Space Station may have been able to see our track setup. It's a little easier to set up because it comes in such long rolls. With aggressive skating, it can rip, so have a repair runner on hand during the bout!.
This is a multi-purpose tape that can be used in a variety of situations. When used for a short period of time, there is no residue. However, it is durable enough to be used on a long-term basis. br>I also use it to bind the journals that I make. It is also possible to paint it. Love it.
" This was around $12 a few years ago, and while it seemed expensive at the time, the price has since skyrocketed. The best comes with a price tag.
br>br>It clings to the surface even when duct tape falls off. When it is removed, it also leaves no residue.
Until you've left it in place for a while to see if it leaves residue, you can't judge its overall quality.
