If a high enough voltage or contact was applied near the areas where there are gaps or uneven surfaces, I believe it would be conductive, but it is made of plastic, and it shouldn't conduct, but if it were to be used for metal, conduction could occur in those areas.
Despite its expiration date being directly stamped on the bottle, it still remains effective. There is no expiration date on this product and it will still be useful once it has expired. On the expiration date, the product should have a year + on it when it is shipped new.

The stuff here is the one you need if you want to lock metal parts together forever. It is vital that you make quick work out of this liquid since it sets up rapidly. When I use it with primer it seems to start to cure in less than 60 seconds. I mentioned to work fast, especially if you use Loctite primer before hand, since 680 sets up fast and hard in a short amount of time.
It is a product that I use regularly, and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the "use by" date is less than one year away. This product has probably been on the shelf for some time. However, I've found in the past that the product still works fine up to years after the "use by" date has passed.
The brass sleeving here was used to cover a wheel cylinder. The brass tube was pressed into the cylinder after it was heated slightly. Setup of the 680 took only a few seconds. In Mexico, I had my bottle made. There is no cause for complaint on my part.
This is used for attaching pinion gears on slot cars, and it is more reliable than soldering them in.
In my shop, I use this for any items that need to be pressed I like them, but they are a little It's been about a day since we gave it a shot, and so far, no failures have occurred.
