Product Description

94 Tape Primer is a 3M product to promote adhesion between acrylic foam tapes and 3M acrylic foam adhesive tapes.

The flexible spray is applicable to a wide range of materials, including plastic, rubber, metal, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT composites, concrete, wood, glass, painted metal and bare metal.

A gallon of primer provides coverage of 600 square feet (1-1/4 An ampule with 66 mL of content)

An average of five minutes are needed at room temperature to accomplish this. Apply the tape to a clean, primed surface and make sure it is free of contamination.

3M Primer 94 may need to be applied twice on porous surfaces to achieve uniform coverage and adhere well. After you apply the first coat of primer, let it dry completely before applying the second.

This is yet another Amazon dud

After all this time, the boat's snaps finally had to be replaced due to the weather. The Primer 3M product is an excellent product, which I have used in the past from Sailrite. This time I have decided to purchase the ampules The ampule has a dud and despite the instructions to crack it, it did nothing. My 30 days of recourse had passed and I had no other alternatives. I guess I'm just fine with that. Buying with caution is a wise decision.
