I purchased a large bag of 100. br>br>I fly mini radio control planes; I have a couple that I use for air combat, and they're made of foam, and when you use the lowest heat setting on the glue gun, these blue sticks work wonders in putting the plane back together and getting it back in the air! Glue sticks work quite well when adhered to the lowest setting of the glue gun. They are particularly useful when painting jewelry or any other surface which burns much hotter. There is the caveat that most surfaces ought to be pristine before applying glue sticks.
The grip is quite impressive in terms of how well they hold. They are definitely something I would recommend and purchase again.
In my cabinet shop, I use these to hang drawer fronts. This is where they shine!.
I finally figured out what to do with six massive balls of various colored sisal that I purchased in Kenya about 40 years ago. I hot- glued sisal to a variety of clay and metal pots and bowls to make them liveable The items in the room were accepted. This is something I strongly suggest you do.
This glue is the best; I use it on a regular basis for my hobbies.
I've used other glue sticks that have failed in the heat, and this glue has held tight even though the temperature has been in the high 90s for over a month. When I run out, I'll purchase again. I would strongly suggest it.
