As some plastic doesn't adhere well to glues since it has already been attached, I would try the contact cement I have had excellent results with it, but please read the instructions before using it

The foam is suitable for Eva foam if you are here for cosplay. Fabrics except vinyl do not respond well to this product. That's something you can fix with spray adhesive. In the end, I built my entire torbjörn with this and foam, and it was a success. Taking the time to learn how to work with contact cement correctly will reward you in the end.
I am positive the glue will work great, but it is not the wide mouth bottle shown in the picture. You may remember how tedious it can be to remove the brush without gumming up the threads if you've ever used it before. When I opened the bottle, I was pleased to find the wide mouth had the same narrow opening as the bottle I had ordered.
What's wrong with it? We have always had an excellent product and will continue to do so. Yet, the vendor placed a non-disclosure agreement on their web site On top of the directions and warnings label, there is a removable bar code sticker. That was stupid.

Initially I intended to use it to bind leather, but I now find that I use it for anything that needs to be attached. The cap falls off very easily and the brush falls off pretty easily so when I am done using it for the day, I grab the stem with my gloved hand and push it into the cap as hard as I can every time.
