The acetone and cyclohexanone are the main components.

What are the advantages of using this cement/solvent for making plastics from styrene?

Plastics made of styrene may resist acetone if they are resistant to acetone.

Is it possible to remove manufacturer's printing from pic pipe with this?

Designed for grease and oil, this cleaner can be used to remove both. Acetone makes up most of it. Let's try that and see if it works.

Are you able to remove stains from vinyl siding with this method? The reason I am asking is because I was told that it might. ?

You would probably have to replace your siding if it melted

The product description stated that Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) is contained in this product

That is incorrect. Sending it back would have been a better idea. The industrial strength cleaner can be found at a plumbing supply store if you need MEK.
