Since I am a cabinetmaker, I have used the product with great success bonding laminate to a variety of substrates including plywood, however, I have only applied it to Although I am not certain if this adhesive would provide any useful results, you can try speaking directly with 3M and ask if this would be applicable for what you need. The fiberglass will stick to the plywood with this adhesive. I'm not sure if it will work well on the outside as it seems to be formulated for indoor use.
