My doubts are strong. The glue is intended to adhere two surfaces after drying, which then adhere on contact. Normally used to glue plastic laminates to wood or particle board. I doubt that it would adhere canvas to much of anything, and even if it did, it would not hold up well in direct
We do not recommend it for use with metals and wood.
The rubber remains rubbery after it has dried.
As far as I can tell, your clear coated epoxy is not what I am familiar with. It would be wise to sand or abrade it in some manner before trying to stick anything to it if the surface is too glossy. For gluing the cork sheet to the plywood subfloor, I used Fastbond.

It adhered 3 mm thick cork panels with ease. A mixture of plywood and vinyl wallpaper covered the exterior of the RV. The green stuff occasionally soaked through the cork panels, so I used that. It is water based and eco-friendly, but even then you have to quadruple the recommended coverage to get even a little bit of adherence, and even then it does not hold as well This adhesive was used on polystyrene panels during an RV reconstruction because I needed one that didn't melt the foam when gluing the underlay to the panels. With a price tag of $100 per gallon, I was hoping it would stick, and followed instructions carefully. It didn't work. After curing for a few days the panels were You should find an alternative method of construction for whatever you want to glue in order to use conventional solvent based contact cement instead of the weak liquid.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THIS Does the job right the first time. A mistake we made before getting this was buying some cheap stuff- There was a noticeable difference between the two. I THINK THIS IS VERY STRONGER.
