Are you having problems with YOUR extruder as well? Every one of us is. They're a disaster. br>br>If you're tired of your printer's direct drive and want to convert it to use a Bowden tube, this will work. Bowden tube extruders have their own set of issues, but they're not as bad as the direct drive extruders found on the A8 Plus. br>br>Because you're doing this conversion, you'll also need a 24V Bowden-type transformer. hotend in style It makes no difference whether you choose the left- or right-hand path. right or left-handed For your printer, a hand-written version; You'll put it up wherever you think is most practical. I have one on an Ender 3 Pro and another on a Monoprice Mini Delta, and they're both fantastic. Extrusion is more dependable, and I never have to worry about filament rubbing against the plastic feed parts, ruining a multi-part assembly. a print for the day The installation was simple and the replacement was a direct bolt-on. I kept using the stock gear in both cases to keep my stepper calibrations the same. After assembly, I discovered that the spring was too loose on the retaining screws, so I replaced the button head screws with socket head screws and screwed them in from the inside, ensuring that the spring sits over the screw head and has no room to shift. br>br>However, I did notice that the included spring has a lot of force, and with too many retractions over the same spot, my filament was smashed too much to travel down a capricorn bowden tube. If your prints require a lot of retraction, I recommend using a slightly weaker spring, such as the stock one. Within Cura, I was able to solve the smashing problem by restricting retractions to the same filament.
Several months ago, while moving, I broke the extruder on a custom 3D printer. Because there was no way to print a new one, this was a cheap and effective solution. This extruder will most likely be used again. it appears to be excellent For a few weeks, everything was fine, but then I noticed some layers weren't printing. The extruder was turning and the gear was turning, but the filament was not feeding. This was only happening on occasion. I discovered that the'release' lever was stuck, and that the feedstock was not being properly pressed. I'm used to working with mechanical devices and know how to adjust them. br>After a few hours of fiddling with it, I replaced it with the old one. There will be no further tying. br>I suppose not everyone can be a winner. We're all relying on you, so good luck.

The plastic-making process is aided by the filament's sharp 90-degree turn before entering the extruder. Plastic friction carved a groove in the tension arm, causing filament alignment issues. This anodized aluminum helped me get my printer back up and running again; it's a fantastic product.
For my ender 3, it's perfect. The only issue I had was that I couldn't fully tighten the hinge screw, but it seemed to hold. The counter bore should, in my opinion, be deeper, and the spacer small OD should be longer. I've been using it for about a month now and have had no issues.
