It certainly ought to. I used it on the plus, but I don't believe the print heads on the V2 and the plus differ in any way.
It will fit, but you will have to re-calibrate your extruder afterward. It requires some trial and error, but it is relatively straightforward. There are a lot of videos on YouTube about it.

They are non-slip and produce good results in general. There are always little things that add up in 3D printing, and these are a good inexpensive item to ensure that the entire system runs smoothly over time; most people will get good results with this on a single gear extruder. The only flaw I've noticed is that flattening of the filament occurs with certain prints that have a lot of retractions. Under-extrusion or even complete blockage of the Bowden tube may result as a result of this. If a print has fine detail, such as fine embossed text, the retractions will add up and crush PLA filament before it reaches the Bowden tube's end. As a result, Max Retractions will be controlled by a slicer setting.
Last year, I purchased these and used them to replace all of my printers. And they're a lot better than the ones that come with the car. So quickly did the stock run out. I haven't had any issues with the filament being pulled or slipping since I put these on. Currently, they're being used in my CR- There hasn't been a single issue with the Hatchbox alpha or the 10's. These are extremely high quality, and at this price, it's difficult to pass them up. I strongly advise you to purchase these and keep a few on hand in case something unexpected occurs. It's preferable to have spares than to be without them while new ones are being delivered. These are, once again, far superior to the originals. I would strongly suggest it.
The stock brass gears appear to be deteriorating rapidly. Extruder skipping has been greatly reduced thanks to these stainless steel gears. It could just be me, but other than installing the gears, I didn't have to make any other adjustments to the machine. It's probably a good idea to reminisce about your accomplishments. I'll probably get to it soon, but at the time, I was printing PPE 24 hours a day, seven days a week with five machines, and they were all producing excellent results.
After 40 or 50 hours of operation, I notice inconsistent surface finish on my 3D printed parts, which indicates a clogged extruder drive that can be resolved by changing the extruder drive pulley. These work perfectly and are a direct replacement for the brass pulley on my Creality CR-100. I've soaked the used pulleys in acetone but haven't tried to repurpose them yet. They're inexpensive enough that you could just replace them.

These are what I ordered to replace the stock grear on my Ender 3, and they appear to be a good value upgrade. They're all nicely machined and come with two grub screws. These are a little more aggressive than stock gear, but that's exactly what I wanted.
I used these to fix my Maker Select V2; I'm not sure if these are the same as the factory gear because I don't believe mine had one when it failed. But it was identical to what I had. The only criticism is that the gears appeared to have been knocked around in transit and had some light marks/gouges on them. I don't think it's a problem; I just used the one with the smallest amount of data and it worked perfectly.
I had some success printing Delein recently, but when I switched back to TPU for a customer, I noticed I was getting terrible underextrusion. The teeth on the brass hub, it turns out, have been nearly polished smooth by the Deleon. I replaced the brass with these and went through an entire spool of delrin, glow in the dark, and the wood and teeth are still sharp. I would strongly suggest it. The larger grub screws also allow for a much more secure motor shaft lock.
