He3D K200 single head delta DIY 3d printer kit autolevel with heat bed- support multi material filament

This printer is exactly what I was looking for. Having built a 3D printer twice now, this is my second one. Adding a Kossel mini printer to my Prusa clone was exactly what I was looking for. Approximately 3 hours were required to build the firmware. I located and installed the most recent version. It is nice to have the software bed leveling capabilities available. After the bed was leveled, I printed a filament blower fan part and then plugged in It is now very easy to print very good-looking photos since the cooling fan has been installed. There is still some fine tuning to do. The kit is very easy to assemble and I would recommend it to anyone who has the aptitude to assemble their own 3d printer. Furthermore, this printer is framed with a 20/20 aluminum extrusion that allows for the expansion of its build area.

I found it to work much better after this step. However, I did more than I thought I would. The firmware that comes with this device is Repetier. Not the best. It works reasonably well, but all the squares make it hard to read It is asking a lot of the board to perform root calculations (a necessity of a delta printer), which helps produce very jittery prints. It requires the same sort of processing power as Marlin, so I didn't want to put it on it. I discovered Klipper when I was looking for a similar program. In order to use Klipper, you will need to use a Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi will handle all the calculations, then tell the printer what to do Now that the printer runs smoothly, you don't notice any lag at all. It took only a few minutes to install and configure Klipper. Having these changes made to the printer makes me like it more.

The parts on this kit will probably be the biggest disappointment of my life. Many of the threads are placed in places they shouldn't be. A lot of the photos in the instruction sheet are only pictures, and do not show how to assemble specific parts. In my experience, I have built about 5 3d printers and this was the worst. With Amazon, my return period ran out before I was able to get my money back. This is a bad idea. I just have a nightmare of frustration. Even though I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, my degree didn't help me much.

As soon as I opened the box, I found the silver extrusions completely covered in metal shavings. There are missing parts, and it was made very cheaply. It is extremely dangerous to use the power supply. . . There is no ground on the two-prong plug. This is a terrible set of instructions. The basic setup procedure is still proving a challenge for me. I've had this for a year now, and I have yet to get it to work. No one should attempt this at first. It is true that I have 21 printers and each one works with minor tweaks, as one would expect. This machine, however, is a con in my opinion. It's really, really awful. It would be best if they provided better instructions and at the very least did the programming It would be nice if I could say something good about it, but there is not one thing good about this printer. The aforementioned is true, and the price is too, but not much more. It is a machine you are going to regret buying.

We were able to assemble the table in no time. Christmas was a day of surprises and I received this printer from my parents. I assembled it in a few hours, turned it on and everything worked as it should have. However, it has fully locked up after auto-homing, and now there is no motion under power. In my opinion, this printer is junk and there is no active support offered, so I would rethink the purchase.
