To finish polish various special tools I make for trucking fleet maintenance, I deburr and polish them with the metal lathe. There is a long working life with good tear strength to this stuff, and best of all, it is not clogged easily. With a few cents' worth of this, you can cut through rust every time. The iron oxide keeps it sharp when removing rust as well, most abrasives dull quickly when dealing with iron oxide. There's no doubt that this stuff holds up better than average.
We are now three years old. You can use this emery cloth for a great result. When removed from the roll, it is easy to tear while maintaining strong enough strength The metal will be cleaned of corrosion, and sharp edges will be smoothed. The sandpaper is so much better than regular sandpaper, I'm so glad I bought it It was just a matter of nailing it into the wall and hanging it.
It has a large amount for the price and is very durable and water-resistant. It is manufactured by a reputable company.
