There are two Dyson vacuum cleaners in our house. On a full charge, the battery in each of them began to fail, resulting in unacceptably long run times. I was hesitant to buy two of these, but after six months of heavy use on one and light use on the other, both batteries are still performing admirably. In fact, I can't tell the difference between these batteries and the ones that came with them when they were new.

but. So far, it appears to be working well. The performance of a new battery is far superior to that of an old, worn-out battery. It took a little longer than I had anticipated to remove everything.

I was prepared to just buy a new vacuum for the price Dyson demands for the battery. I saw this one and figured I'd give it a shot because of the low price and the fact that I could return it if it didn't work. I'm so happy I did. My vacuum cleaner is in perfect working condition.

Keep the screws from the old battery because the replacement does not come with them. br>br>Overall, the installation was simple. On high, the battery appears to last a lot longer than it did before. It is a good deal.

Does not come with the tool to screw on to the vacuum and is not a standard size. It's difficult to give a rating because it's only been installed for about a month, but it fits perfectly on our Dyson stick vacuum and has been performing admirably.
