Nutone 391 Replacement Bags for Central Vac, Set of 3 Six Gallon Bags

bags are by a company called DVC, despite the description saying they are by Nutone. I find it very frustrating that the product description says one thing but you get something completely different. My plan is to return this product if I have not already thrown out the package. The non-alcoholic drinks I have tried have always failed There is either a leakage of dust from Nutone bags or a tear in them. In addition, I got Nutone bags last time I ordered this item. You should be careful when buying!.

One other reviewer pointed out that they are not the genuine Nutone replacement As the image shown is that of an actual Nutone bag while the ones received are generic, the product image is misleading. In addition to that, it does appear these bags are good quality, made out of thin filter fabric material and with a strong collar to hold them tight around the central vacuum. There was an added feature that I thought was nice, that was an adhesive flap you could use so as to seal the top of the bag once you removed it. My understanding is that this will prevent dirt from blowing back out of the hole after removal even though I haven't tried it yet.

I have installed a new bag on my central vac and so far it has been working perfectly and I have seen an improvement in suction power from the previous bag as the previous one It will take time to see if these bags hold up as well as Nutone, but based on what I've seen thus far I've no reservations about using them in the future. I tried to order this originally on the website, and I was denied.

I have not used these bags, but was disappointed to see they are not manufactured by NuTone as they are advertised to be. These NuTone bags set you back a few dollars more on the NuTone website. There are some bags being sold on Amazon that may be a suitable alternative, just be cautious about ordering something advertised in such a misleading way. Thinks the bait and switch is a clever way to trick people.

Nutone 391 cardboard flange is square and measures 5 3/4 inches in area. A cardboard flange is attached to the bag at an angle of 6 3/8 inches.

It has happened twice to me within a month that two consecutive Nutone vacuum bags made in China have split. A split bag immediately reduces suction pressure, as you will notice as soon as it is separated. The last bag of groceries will need to be used since we are moving into the house. Because this is the bag that is supposed to go with the vacuum, I gave you the top rating. The vacuum is a favorite of mine as well as my cleaning ladies. This suction is phenomenal, but it can be a little cumbersome to set up. My vacuum removes all dust, so I do not have to worry about dust sticking around. It is such a great bag. I appreciate it.

The products appear to have been designed and made by Although the bags came in a clear outer package without any markings, this is what's printed on the bag itself. According to my research, they will function as expected and are a good value for the price.
