This is one of the best vacuum cleaners I've ever had the pleasure of using - It even outperforms my Dyson vacuum cleaner. The suction, on the other hand, is so strong that it sucked up a ten-foot USB cord and was hopelessly locked within seconds. I read the manual thoroughly (233 LA model) and then called the company because I couldn't figure out how to get the roller head to release. On the service line, I was told that there is no way to unwind a cord without releasing the roller - It'd have to be snipped off. I've never owned a vacuum cleaner with a sealed in head in my 40 years of living. It's far too likely that you'll catch a cord or wrap something around the roller head. It becomes a chore even to clean it. In my case, it rendered a brand new vacuum, or a brand new USB cord, permanently inoperative, so I clenched my teeth and cut the cord, as well as the cord from this cleaner, because I can't afford a blind cord or a lamp cord with every vacuum. And what about that old adage about being more cautious? It is impractical for my busy household because it does not work with teenagers.

Shark Ninja has once again proven to be reliable. My daughter dumped a bowl of cereal on the floor just as our product was being delivered, which was just perfect timing. br>br>This vacuum cleaner is extremely powerful and will easily meet your vacuuming needs. The fact that the vacuum is so easy to maneuver is one of my favorite features of it. If you're looking for a Cadillac, I mean vacuum cleaner, look no further. I'm very impressed, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of the product.

I'd advise you to find out the weight of each Shark vacuum before deciding which one is right for you.

I had to turn off and on approximately ten times for my thick rug. On a thin rug, it was the same story. I put everything in a box and returned it. After I contacted Shark customer service, I never received a response. This is not a vacation I would recommend.

This is intolerable! This vacuum cleaner performs admirably on both carpet and hard floors, and the lift-away feature is a game-changer. I despise cleaning, but this machine is so simple to operate that I may end up vacuuming the entire house from floor to ceiling. It is a little heavy, but that isn't a major issue. It's very easy and smooth to roll around on its wheels, so unless you're going upstairs, there's no reason to pick it up.

This vacuum cleaner was delivered to my house this morning. I assembled it and immediately put it to use. My older one, I reasoned, wasn't performing as well as it should. This one pales in comparison to the much older one. My previous one, who lived in an old house, had suction that still pulls the carpet up from the floor. That is not the case with the new one. The newer one is much quieter, and the cord is longer, which is an advantage. The self-propelled feature is fantastic, but there is a learning curve to it and it can quickly become frustrating. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this vacuum. It does offer free returns, but only if the item is unopened, which is pointless! It is not something I would recommend to others.

The hose was able to reach a difficult-to-reach area between my refrigerator and counter that the broom couldn't. I watched the container fill with fluff and cat and dog hair, and our animals don't shed much, and it went easily back and forth from linoleum to carpet with a simple button click, just like all the other reviews said. I finally feel like I've cleaned the house. Even the kitchen floor appears to have been mopped and polished, despite the fact that I did not mop. I'm glad I went with this vacuum cleaner. Before deciding on a model, I read a lot of customer reviews. For me, this was a perfect match.

This is my first Shark vacuum, and I'm completely smitten! Our carpeting and hard floors (wood and tile) have never looked so clean thanks to this vacuum. My old vacuum was heavier than this one, and it came with a traditional brushroll that was always covered in hair. This brushroll doesn't catch any of our household's hair. It also picks up everything on our hard floors, including dust that my old vacuum would leave behind. Cleaning furniture has been a breeze with the liftaway feature, and I'm looking forward to trying ceiling fans next. I would buy this item again in a heartbeat. The only drawback I can think of is that the brushroll on this model does not stay powered when you remove the motor, but Shark has other models that do.
