There are bags you have to use. I love the Vacuum, and the bag supply is a year's supply.
The process is straightforward. You need to use two hands, one to push the button for the release at the base of the wand or tube and another to pull the cord. When it is desired to use it, it is simply taken out of the vacuum. This attachment point can be made between the wand and cable or with the cable attached to the longer tube. It was two months later that the replacement DIERED! This is the first time I've ever run it and the motor started on fire! I was very pleased with the service we received from this company! After our old vacuum ran good for about 2 months, they sent us a new one, and it ran good for about 2 more months through today, but today I can smell something burning again! When the whole system failed, the whole thing stopped working! Using this vacuum is not recommended if that is what you plan to do with.
The volume is too high. An electric vacuum cleaner with a bag would be helpful. I was hoping this would be my last chance.
