Selected User Reviews For Shark IZ163H Rocket Pet Pro Cordless Stick Vacuum with MultiFlex, Self-Cleaning Brushroll, Dirt Engage Technology and Powerful Suction, in Raspberry
My Eureka upright vacuum has largely taken care of my cluttered studio apartment for the past few years, but Amazon Vine offered me the opportunity to test out this Shark cordless stick and I couldn't resist.
Nothing can compare with this!
Or at least that's what I think. After returning to work after taking a year off to recover from the pandemic, however, my faithful housekeeper had a very different opinion of the Rocket, which resulted in me deducting two stars from my original
She told me that my Shark vacuum would not clean as well as my Eureka corded upright vacuum, and in fact, I should dispose of it. In the future, I would like to make use of the Shark for quick pick-ups more often There were however some ups Whenever I shred my sensitive paperwork, paper shreds always fall to the floor, much like the papers that fall on the floor when I'm doing a seasonal shredding operation. In that case, I will keep the account. What if you only used the vacuum once a week for quick cleaning? Is it worth $300 to buy an up? On a more positive note, there's so many clever design details here that I’m not sure where to start, but I will highlight a few that have caught my eye Among the features that earned my respect were* Two speeds AND a turbo boost mode that could be triggered with a button. Small area rugs and bare floors should be cleaned at a lower speed, while deep pile carpets, at a higher speed. On the powered brushroll, you get LED headlights, just like when you use a full-sized brushroll The upright vac should be of the correct size. The long wand can be folded, so you can store the vacuum in a very compact space or clean under furniture using it. This dust cup features a quick empty feature so that you can empty the contents without removing the dust cup from the machine. It is extremely quiet when it operates. With special foam vanes integrated into the brushroll, we were able to clean bare floors very effectively. Batteries can run for up to 40 minutes at a time, according to the manufacturer. You can remove the battery and replace it with a fully charged one if you want to extend the runtime. LEDs indicate whether the battery is charged and how much charge is left. An assortment of accessories are included, including a crevice brush as well as a non-slip mat Brush attachment with a power source. Accessories all attach to the handheld unit or to the long wand. ** The pre-configured batteries come with the kit. You can clean and reuse the filters on the motor and after it. also mention that the machine seems to be built of thick, quality plastic, and all the latches on the sides of the machine are precise and easy to operate. I believe the short and long of it is this If you don't have a large area to vacuum, only use a handheld vacuum If you want a lightweight vacuum you can grab to clean up messes quickly and easily, then choose one of the following options If you can afford it, the cordless Sharkstick may be exactly what you need. But if you have a lot of jobs to do, it might not be the right pick. Despite this, a powerful corded upright or canister vacuum will still be needed for heavy-duty deep cleaning. My apologies to anyone who bought this vacuum to fulfill this later purpose when my housekeeper was away for four months. I based my initial review on an inaccurate interpretation of Sorry, I am just not as meticulous as my housekeeper when it comes to cleaning.
In this model of the "Pet Pro", it had an antibacterial function I figured it would be a great upgrade to wrap beater bar so that per hair wouldn't get wrapped. This device's suction is good, its maneuverability is good, and its cordless capability is also nice. But it does not remove dog hair from my carpets, it periodically gets plugged with hair or debris, and then I have to manually unclog it, and I have to do this I am extremely disappointed. This vacuum is not right for you if you have a hairy dog, unless you like messy carpets and sticking your fingers deep into your vacuum to get at clogs of dust and hair. I called Shark, but Despite trying to replace the battery, as they could not clear hair and clogs on it, replacing the battery would be of no use. It's not great, but better than nothing that Amazon is charging me a substantial restocking fee. Unless you are planning on having pets, do not buy this vacuum. The best item for this job would be a paper weight.
Oh my gosh, I LOVE this vacuum cleaner! After reading reviews on which one of them would be best for me, I spent two days researching it. I do not have pets, but I do have a very messy 5 year old and I and my older daughter both have long, waist length, very thick hair that gets everywhere, which makes vacuuming a drag since the hair gets stuck on the rollers. That's why I'm very glad I no longer have to do it. It no longer poses an issue to move the vacuum from floor to floor if necessary. It is an added advantage to have the cordless feature. This one has so many great features to love.
The whole thing makes me angry. Despite all the rave reviews, this vacuum is a complete disappointment to me. Maybe I have a lemon, but I did not like it at all. There are two cats and one dog in my home. There is a robot that cleans our house called This app does an amazing job. bought one of these and use it half the time as a Dust Buster or I let the Roomba take care of the floor cleaning. As compared to a conventional vacuum, this model is pretty lightweight. But that's about all it has to offer. I'm not used to hearing this kind of noise. OK, the vacuum is there. In this case, I'm going to overlook the fact that it sounds loud both on This might be because the motor is loud and I am unable to muffle it against the floor since it is located in the handle. A manual transmission is suitable.
It is easy to operate. There's no problem turning the head under the sofa and it fits comfortably under there. *If we charge it all night, we can use it with a decent suction for up to a 12 hour period In fifteen It cannot pick up dirt from foot prints on the carpet close to the door very well, so I say decent. On a full charge, it does a decent job of letting you go very slowly. Although on hard floors some dirt can be captured, it does not pick up all of it. When I want to pick anything larger than dust up, I have to switch it to a handheld dust buster. Litter spilled on the floor cannot be cleaned up with this product. As soon as you turn off the brush, it just throws everything back to the floor and when it is running everything just gets thrown inside the brush housing. I find that when I turn off the brush, it doesn't seem to be able to pull up random pieces of litter and mostly just pushes them around, leaving them essentially all on the floor. In addition, the brush constantly wraps my own hair around it, causing me to cut it off, which is an irritating and gross experience. The dust buster is a little expensive, and I waited too long to try to return it so now I'm stuck with it. My assistant offered to bring her old school vacuum from home for us to use instead, so I took it to my office thinking it could at least be used there. The floors in my house are mostly hard wood and then tiny carpets at both the front and back doors. We have low pile commercial grade carpet and wood floors in the office. So, this vacuum should have a fairly easy time handling them.
Pet hair is something I deal with on a daily basis and I love this product! There has never been a time when my floors were.
Approximately 10 or 20 minutes are needed to fully charge the battery.
