I guess I had higher expectations based on all the reviews. As far as my small apartment is concerned, it will do the job. It comes with two rollers that were a pleasant surprise given that I have hardwood floors and a couple of carpet rugs Hardwood has a special tape, and carpet has a special tape. It works fine to remove all the hair left over by my goldendoodle, who doesn't shed much, but there is still plenty of hair left behind. You can maneuver it perfectly since it is super light and super maneuverable. Flexible almost to the point of being too much! You will have to adjust to it eventually. In addition, it is a slim piece that will fit neatly into any tight spot. It is also great that the shaft can be extended As I have very limited space, this is much easier for me to store. The battery life will not be an issue for me as I will use it for a maximum of 10 minutes at a time The vacuuming of my entire space took me 15 minutes. Even though I have not tried using the attachments yet, I am also excited that I will be able to reach high places with them. When using this product, you'll be able to reach those upper corners even with 10 ft ceilings. Similarly, I have a brick wall with a brush attachment, but I might try to find a brush that is larger or a bit farther apart to dust this. In general, it will function just fine, but results will not be as impressive as a "real" vacuum cleaner.

Never again! It is awesome that there are cordless devices out there. This is the first one I have bought and the others haven't worked As a spa owner, I needed something that could help me vacuum as clients come in and go out. I really like this vacuum. It is pretty powerful, but it is quiet enough that we can use it during treatments with the door closed, and you don't hear it in other rooms. A lot of fine dirt, dust, and hair can be picked up with it. As I own a German Shepherd with a lot of shed hair, I bought one to keep at my house. Home works even better. Due to its ability to twist and turn in so many directions, it is good at maneuvering. A great feature is the way it attaches to the wall charger, with the telescopic tube providing excellent flexibility. There is so much I like about this vacuum cleaner. I have been very impressed with the two I currently own. You will not regret spending the money!.

The second edit My experience with customer service was really good. They were helpful and quick at responding. A video I sent in helped them diagnose the issue, and a replacement battery is on the way. As a result of the help I received, I am changing my rating to 4 stars. My vacuum has stopped working after a period of *extremely light* use of three months. The quality of what you purchase is determined by the price you pay. There is no suction from the motor on the motorized brush, and after 5 seconds, it turns itself off by itself. We are reaching out to customer service to see if they can do something about it, but as of right now, I would not purchase this vacuum from them It was not my intention to buy a knockoff vacuum, but my daughter was dying to buy a Dyson Animal and I knew we couldn't afford one. Although I knew it was against my better judgement, I decided to give it a shot anyway. We don't consider the vacuum to be perfect because it does everything we need it to, has great suction, and fits into pretty much every area. As far as the features go, the only downside to it is that it does not have clip-on accessories. I know it's a small thing, but it still doesn't matter. When you are shopping around for vacuums, you owe it to yourself to pick up this one and take a look at it. This is an experience you won't regret.

Due to the majority of my house being hardwood, this vacuum was something I was really looking forward to. Hardwood floors work really well, and it does a decent job on carpet in the bedrooms as well. You can use it throughout the whole house, even when the turbo is I did not have any worries with this vacuum, but one thing did occur. In the process of removing debris from the container, it popped open on me. I have attached a picture of that. When I had finished vacuuming the whole house and had gone to the garage to charge it, I then So I decided to vacuum the carpet in the garage while I was at it, and there it was. My foot and the floor are covered in dirt. I just feel It keeps happening, only to make things worse. Whenever the latch lifts on the carpet or if I go from hardwood to carpet it pops open when I push it too hard. The frustration is unbearable! I will return it if there is no replacement part for.

Take advantage of this great deal! My Dyson died recently, but I'm still in love with In order to get a good vacuum and not have to pay Dyson prices, I decided to go with this vacuum. The reviews of this vacuum were good, so I bought One of the most expensive purchases I have ever made. The vacuum in this room was at least 98 percent disliked by me. The suction was poor, all of my pet hair was contained within the extension, which prevented the vacuum from picking up anything from brush on the bottom is so finicky, it moves all over the place, which makes it difficult to do a straight streamline vacuum in one spot. There are few accessory attachments and the vacuum is extremely short. It's by far the worst vacuum I've ever purchased. The best thing to do if you can't afford a shark or a Dyson is to get a regular vacuum cleaner and save the money.
