I'm fine with it. Before I spent the money, I would have liked to see a review like this one. This is a well-built and durable product, as I agree. Taking two minutes is all it takes for me to wash a wheel to perfection. It took about 5 minutes for me to steam clean the I found it to be horrible once it dried. I was unable to get this to work. They don't know anything about their own product. Despite my requests for a regular screwdriver, I was asked to wait because this company believed I could open the machine with one. Obviously this company was unaware how to open this machine with a screwdriver you need a different tool to do so. There's no way to open it with a screwdriver. In some cases, teams just come out of the machine without turning on the steam and start shooting water from the hose without pushing the button. They don't let me upload video, so I can't add it.
