When people come in, they always compliment my hardwood floors! Because I have extra pads between washings, I can clean more effectively and in less time with replacement pads. Let me start by saying that I bought a steam mop because I like the peace of mind that comes with knowing my floors are clean. I try to remove my shoes before walking around the house, but it isn't always possible. I want to make sure I'm sanitizing and sterilizing surfaces throughout my home, especially now that the COVID coronavirus is circulating, and using a steam mop is the safest and healthiest way to avoid using harass chemicals and fumes. You'll need more than one to cover a house's entire surface area. Unless you want to stop and wash in the middle of the game, use the 2 cleaning pads that come with the original unit. clean. It's not easy to keep a house clean. br>br> Especially in light of the flu and coronavirus outbreaks. Regardless, it's uncommon with children and pets. The problem I had was that I couldn't swap out the pads fast enough before they became too dirty and I needed more. I was in desperate need of cabiclean replacements, and these were perfect! They were a perfect fit for my 1940. br>br>The textured cloths are my go-to because they really grab and pick up dirt, grime, and hair while also providing extra scrubbing power thanks to the textured surface while remaining gentle on the hardwoods. These are actually better than the originals that came with my steam mop at picking up dust! br>br>My Bissel 1940 has a floor scrubber on the back of the mop to remove tough dirt and grime, but I don't find it very effective in its current location. I ended up having to just let the mop sit over the spots and steam steam steam until they were gone. With cabiclean's textured cloths, all I have to do is run the mop back and forth a few times and it's GONE! br>br>They fit perfectly, if a little tighter than the originals, which is a good thing! When saturated with water, my originals resemble a stretched-out sock; they don't tightly hold to the base (not from overuse, but rather from a more stretchy feel that creates a pocket of sag once the cloth pad becomes saturated). Cabiclean replacements stay close to the base, which means less water and better air flow for steam to escape, as well as more efficient floor cleaning. br>br>Now that I have six cloths (3 textured), I can easily go through my entire house (1500 square feet of mixed hardwood and area rugs) before washing them all. They're tough and don't break down in the machine, and I clean them with bleach or baking soda and vinegar most of the time. After vacuuming, I use the textured first, then the softer if necessary to complete the job. br>br> I'll definitely be buying more because I prefer textured surfaces and want to finish the entire house with them. Also, I prefer the cabiclean cloth pad to the originals that came with the unit because it fits better to the base of my 1940. cabiclean has been great for my bissel 1940 pet steam mop, but I can't speak for other units. You will not be disappointed, I strongly advise you. They work well, are long-lasting, and you'll be surprised at how much they cling to and pick up!.

They work, but they don't collect as much dirt as the originals from the manufacturer. They also leak far more than the ones that came with the unit. They do, however, work and are significantly less expensive. They do appear to be compatible. Also, avoid scratching any surfaces. They simply do not function as well as the original.

I recently purchased a Bissell steambr>Mop, which included one mop cover. I have five dogs and needed backups; these are just a smidgeon too big, but after washing, I figured they'd be fine. After a few months, we'll see how they hold up.

There were two pads included in the package. After each use, we simply toss them in the washing machine. I've even used essential oils in the water and the mop hasn't been harmed. These are fantastic; I'm glad we have four so we don't have to look for a clean pad again. Excellent value for money!.

They are only compatible with the original Bissell steam mop, not the more recent models. They fit like Bissell name brand pads, clean well, and I saved a lot of money by purchasing these rather than the official mop pads.

Wow, what a quick delivery. They're exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't sure if they'd be the ones I needed for my Bissell 1940, but they're identical to the ones that came with it, and I used them to scrub my floor today. Like the originals, they're beautifully made. There are four of these in this set. Two for everyday use and two for more difficult tasks. They're fantastic.

Bissell's mop heads had a toggle on the elastic that allowed it to be tightened, securing it to the steam mop head. I used ties to keep the mop in place while it was being used.

I had misplaced my original cloths and was unable to locate them. After purchasing this brand, I was able to track down the originals, and there is no discernible difference in quality.
