Being a germaphobe is a bit of an issue for me. A regular cleaning schedule is important to me. There is a bit of a problem with this. I was gifted this steamer, but it was used and without The reason I wanted to order this set of pads from Amazon was because it comes with six pads for the same price as two It took me a lot of effort to describe my surprise when I first used this steamer on my tile floors and saw how filthy dirty the pad had become, moving from white to dingy dirty gross. The brand-name product I have been using to clean my floors for over six years is no longer available on the market. Clean seemed to be the order of the day for my floors. It appears the name brand item only smeared dirt in order to make it look cleaner. When using these pads and the steamer, the floors were definitely not as clean as they are now. It is my only criticism that these are marked as washable, but the dirty dirt and grime cannot be removed by washing. Then I tried non-chlorine bleach and regular bleach, as well as liquid laundry detergent and It was not to be. I find it odd because white t-shirts can be washed away when dirt is present It is not the right time to give attention to shirts. I guess it's better to be honest. There is nothing wrong with this. There is only one reason why I did not rate this five stars, and that is because the term 'washable' is relative. They can be laundered but not necessarily made to look clean Nevertheless, as long as they look even dingy, they should last longer, even when I take care to clean them frequently. Thank you very much for your order, and I'll have no hesitation ordering again when I need it next. The grime on my floors between moppings will be manageable as long as I'm strong enough to deal with it.
These are great! I absolutely adore them. Just as good as what came with the Bisselle steam mop, they're two and a half times better.
