All right, I'm good with that After ordering on Oct 13 2016, it arrived a couple days later, and I installed it the next morning. I was amazed at the great results, in fact, it exceeded my expectations. The unit suddenly started turning off and then back on randomly today (7/22/17). There is a feeling that it is overheating, and it is cutting out There seems to be some malfunction with the unit, but I don't have an operating manual, so I am unable to determine the problem. My attempt at contacting 360 Vision's Customer Support number went unanswered It does not even have a voice mail box. It is discouraging to see this. I had no problems with this unit for 9 months, then it started malfunctioning. The Support line is also unavailable) and I am unable to connect to their Customer Service line. If they can't fix the problem, then I have no other option but to rate this ZERO or "1," since 9 months of operation of this product is an utter disappointment.

Last week, I installed this unit in place of an existing signature model 449 that was installed with no modifications to the plumbing In order to connect male to male, I only had to add a 2 inch coupling. It is not necessary to use adhesive. I could never have imagined this unit would perform as well as it does. It was only necessary to relocate the hanger bracket, and that was quite straightforward. I was amazed at how fast the shipment was accomplished and how well packaged it was. It would have been impossible for me to choose a better unit from the choices Hopefully I'll be able to depend on this machine for many years to come. It will be able to fix any problems if they arise thanks to its excellent manual. The choice is yours! I really like the way this thing works. As another reviewer also said, I was hesitant to purchase a brand I had not tried before, but this stuff has worked great for me Since installing it about 2 months ago, I have not had any problems with it. It was a replacement for my old central unit that had died after 16 years of service.
I only ordered the canister. The only complaint I have is that I didn't receive any instructions for installation, owners manuals, or paperwork relating to this system. Although the installation was easy for me since I had done it before, attaching the filter was not as straightforward. We managed to put it in, but I am still not fully convinced that it is done correctly. In any case, it could not be done any other way. There are many reasons to like the price and I think the value is excellent.

I liked how easy it was to install and how it works. This unit wasn't designed to use the disposable bag that was included. As such, it doesn't really fit properly in this bag. Despite this, I installed it to see how it would work and to make sure it would keep the device cleaner than it would be There is no problem with it. This seems to be a good case of suction. This unit must cope with a considerable amount of pipe in my 3,000 square foot home owing to its 6 intake ports. I am happy with what I got.

I am impressed with how well built this vacuum is. My system is installed in a 5000 sqft house and there is plenty of suction in the furthest run of 115 feet, which is about 170 feet. This shop vac has twice as much suction as my portable one.
