It is all it says it is when it comes to power and performance in terms of your new or replacement central vac. The size of my house is around 6500 square feet. A foot. With an open plan, the space is well-lit and spacious. Approximately 100' away, the vacuum port with the greatest suction power is located at the furthest distance from the unit. The unit had insufficient reviews, so I was hesitant to purchase it, but I'm glad I took the risk. It would be nice if there could be long-term stability in the system.
It seemed to have been damaged at first, but it seems to have been repaired My computer would cut off on its own, and I was having to unplug it and plug it back in again. There were a couple of times when that occurred, but not since then.
Despite its many shortcomings, the OVO/Nadair I purchased has been very good to me. This unit has now been dubbed the "Beast" because I selected the Nadair 700 25L model. I was very impressed with how easy it was to install and how incredible the performance is.
