There doesn't seem to be a problem. A benefit of the open bag is that if anything is swallowed by mistake, it may end up on top of the contents in the bag and be easily retrieved. In addition, my old vac also had a port on the unit, which this one does not have. currently have a beam central vacuum, but I wanted to replace it with this one. As it hooked up very easily to my existing pipes and aerators, it was a pretty straightforward process to install. Everything about this new Beam is better than my old one, it has more suction and is much quieter than my old one. There are no more reusable bags to empty, which is much more convenient Until now, the central vacuum has been the best value I've found, and I recommend it to anyone looking to replace an old beam vacuum.

The purpose of purchasing this was to replace an old system that was probably installed in the mid-1970s, when the house was built. This company went out of their way to ensure I had accurate information regarding installation, as I had a couple of questions. As a result, my husband was able to quickly and efficiently install the unit by following the directions provided by myself and Nadair personally. I find the new unit to be a lot smaller, but also much more powerful than the old one. I also love how quiet it is! It used to be impossible to vacuum if my husband was working in the garage before because of the high levels of noise produced by the old unit. I am very pleased with this purchase and the service I received!.

There are two things that I don't like about it. There is a problem with the filter plugging up quickly and losing suction after a short time. It needs to be cleaned every time it is used. Another part of the wall mount is the bracket. In order to remove the canister when the filter is clogged, the whole unit must be lifted from the wall. In order to keep the filter effective, it must be cleaned after every use if it has a lot of fine dirt and dust. When a canister is installed in a wall bracket, it cannot easily be removed.

Even though this vacuum is not much quieter than my old Beem, it has more suction, and it is equipped with a low voltage control system right off the bat. Having the option to soft start and stop is quite nice.
