Is considerably smaller than what you see in the picture

According to the manufacturer, this was supposed to hold up to 8 dozen. This is not the case. I got this one at tractor supply and it holds three The number of dozen is 4. The wire is a flimsier wire that has a similar circumference and height as my other one, but is much cheaper. I would be lucky if I could hold three dozen in it and it would not fall apart.

We love having chickens in our backyard

It seems to be working well so far for the dozen or so eggs we receive each day. It is great to carry the eggs on the 5 year old, but we generally get fewer good eggs by doing so! I love it. However, I can't put it down to the basket construction.

It has a great look, is very durable and There hasn't been a need for more than three There are four dozen eggs in there, and they fit perfectly. Though we have bantam chicks, so I wouldn't make it a rule. This is a slightly smaller chicken basket than the Ware blue.

Using this basket for egg collection is a great idea. Moreover, it has a sturdy handle, which is easy to handle, and a bottom that allows leaking straws to pass through.

One is for my eggs and the other is for my fruit. I liked how the fruit looked and the red went with the color scheme in I can fit all my eggs in it. As I store my eggs in my fridge, I usually stock up on 18 packs and 12 packs of eggs, which all fit in the containers and I keep stacked neatly on top of each other. We have not encountered any issues in handling eggs, and they have been safe and easy. I appreciate your kind words.

This basket is one of my two year old's favorite ways to collect eggs. One of the issues I had with it was that there was a sharp point under the paint. Is it alive? It looks like it hasn't been burned (? ).
