The bag is air tight, so it keeps fresh. This is a very beautiful item and I am very happy with my purchase

Where can I find a set of canisters she owns?

There may be canister sets in her house, but they might be different from the this cookie jar so I can store sugar in it. After my cat knocked the first canister onto the kitchen floor, it broke. My replacement is this one for I love it so much.

Is there any information on how many gallons this holds? Ideally, I'd like something large and bulky. In the same way as The amount of liquid is five ?
