I'm not sure what those who complain about complicated installation have in mind. You don't need to follow any instructions during the installation. Included in the package are mounting hardware and an allen wrench. You must drill two holes on the mounting end. Measure center to center from end to end of the mounting end. The mounting brackets need to be released by removing two set screws. Attach the brackets to the wall after the brackets have been released.
