It's about 16 inches long, I'm pretty sure
I measured at one when I took a quick measurement. From the wall to the front of the bar, there is a space of about 5".
It might not be a good idea to mount a Le Creuset on this pot hanger, unless you can buy a much more sturdy wall anchor that weighs 75 pounds or more There are 100 pounds in the box. As it is, the screws and anchors provided are puny and I would not trust them to hold up a whole set of pots.
There are mounting holes along the length, which is 15 inches.

It was ideal for me since I have a tiny kitchen and needed to free up It took me only about an hour to get a lodge cast iron skillet, four mini cast iron skillets, a 12" and 8" skillet, a panini grill pan, plus a few kitchen utensils and lids. There is no better way to describe it than it is In my opinion, the weight would be even heavier if there were more room.
It was exactly what I was looking for. My cast iron cookware will fit inside this holder. This is an easy to install product. Strong enough to hold up to a good deal of cast iron. It is recommended.
Kitchens like this look so good. There are a lot of hooks in it. During our recent trip to Dollar Tree, I purchased a small wire basket to hang on the bar. I plan to use it to store small tools often used. The pot holders are on the other end of the wall. On the other hand, I hung the things I use most often and got rid of everything in a There is not much counter space on the wall but there is a large island. This is perfect.
I ordered another one for our new camper since Hubby left the first one in the camper we traded. The new one is heavier than the first one, but it is of good Drawer space is freed up. It is definitely something I would recommend.
The wall anchors included are terrible, but that's just my opinion. Anchors must be provided by you If you have drywall, this can be a real problem. In spite of this, they aren't intended for drywall, but what the heck? My pot hanger has held up just fine. I have a few heavy pots that I use it for, and despite its short length, it has done the job just fine. While it is an iron-clad piece of machinery, the wall isn't very thick, so it doesn't seem like it will loosen. This is probably more a result of which anchors I am using than it is of how the bar itself works. Although the bar is heavy enough that you can probably beat someone to death with it, it's not as easy as it looks. There is no chance for it to warp, even if it is heavily loaded.
The screws seem to be made of something that is much softer than butter, at least based on my experience. It's amazing how much torque you can get out of a drill in this setting, so I can stop it even I popped both screw heads even when I was extremely careful, and I was doubly careful Second, let me give you a little explanation. It appears that both screws in the anchors have broken off, posing another problem I will have to deal with. The product appears to be fine. If you screw up simple metal, it's pretty difficult to patch it up. Due to the poor quality fasteners used in the kit, I have a difficult extraction situation.
Things seem to be going well so far- The product is made (and in the USA! I also like the way it looks in our RV kitchen, where we put hand towels and coffee mugs on it. The design allows a large coffee mug to hang without hitting the wall (while the RV is parked, naturally). In addition to being spacious enough for everyday use, the rack itself requires little wall space. It also includes mounting hardware as well as plenty of hangers. The purchase was a good one for me. This update is The rack was so well received that we bought another one to install next to the stove in our RV. The product looks and is packaged just as good as the first however, I am disappointed to discover that it is made in China now. It is our wish that the quality control will be such that this acquisition is on par with our original purchase. I thought you might be interested in knowing the change of manufacturing location for those of you (like me) who prefer to buy products from the US. There is no doubt that China is capable of producing quality goods, but that is not necessarily its reputation. If we run into any problems, I will provide you with additional information, but for now I am optimistic that it will all.
I have not tested it with small cups so I cannot say whether there is room for one or two more. This is so awesome! Installation is extremely easy and durability is excellent.
