The only scissors that use this are "regular" ones

The holes are too small for the scissors to fit and this is intended as a storage container for craft scissors. It works for me, but you don't want to purchase it if you intend to keep any scissors with a wide blade in it.

It is a very sturdy holder and I am very satisfied. Has a capacity of holding 30 pairs of scissors and has a durable construction. My classroom has been greatly enhanced by this addition.
