These hooks are strong and have a rubberized coating that keeps items in place. I'm using them to hang bird feeders in my yard; some of the feeders are hanging from a stand that is too high for me to reach, and the hooks make it simple for me to hang them. I also have some suet feeders hanging from the branches. The feeders don't fall off because the hooks keep them in place. br>These hooks come highly recommended.

These were purchased to hang items from the handrail in my father's condo's private elevator. (It's designed for senior citizens who are unable to climb stairs. ) ) I only needed a couple of hooks with one end large enough to go around the railing and strong enough to hold packages and grocery bags. These are fantastic! br>br> They simplify the process of bringing items up to the surface. It's also a lot easier downstairs. These were purchased primarily for the purpose of storing my shower scrubbie/poof. I was tired of attempting to stow it behind the bar only to discover it on the shower floor before each shower. For that purpose, this is ideal. I've also used it to hang scarves from in the laundry room, as well as air drying bras and other delicates. I'm sure I'll find more uses for them because they're so versatile; I especially like that they're coated in vinyl, which prevents rust; I'm not sure how much weight they'll support, but I won't need to test it for household uses.

The larger ones appeal to me the most. In my kitchen, I have a closet where I'd like to store my pots. pans in. The larger ones must fit over the closet rod, while the smaller ones do not.
